Have you received your order and it’s not to your liking? Not to worry, you can send back the article within 14 days of receiving your order. Would you like to change your ordered size, not a problem we are here to help. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask us for a return code. We will offer you a return code and make sure your return is registered in our system. If you would like to change your size, we make sure we reserve that size for you. When we have received your return, and the article looks exactly the same as it was sent, we transfer the money back in to your account. It’s important the article has not been worn and has been returned in the orginal packaging with hangtags.
You can send back your order once you have received a return code from our client service: email@example.com. This code is needed to register your return and to follow up on your return. It’s best to send us your return with a track & trace code, so we can follow the parcel. You can use the address sticker in the box to return your article. Don’t wait too long, as you have a maximum of 14 days to return or swop your items. Please bring your box to the postoffice and pay for the postage and use the following address:
It takes about 2-3 working days before we have received your return. We will send you an e-mail once we have received your return. We advice you to send your parcel with POSTNL with a track & trace code.
Once your return has been processed and approved you will receive your money in to your account within 7 working days.
Yes, if you want to return your item, you will have to pay for postage. If you like to swop for another size we will refund your postage
